Morning Goodness

Have you ever heard of Aebeleskiver pancakes?  I hadn’t either, until about a year ago when I was in Trader Joe’s freezer section.  Oh my goodness.  I decided to buy my own pan, because if they are that good mass produced, they’d have to be better at home.  I finally tried my hand at it this morning.  This is the pan that I have: http://www.amazon.com/SCI-Scandicrafts-7-Cup-Aebeleskiver-Cast/dp/B0000DE4Q9/ref=sr_1_7?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1326821263&sr=1-7  They are crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside.  Mmmmm.
