Turnovers or Rollovers?

This weekend, as many of you know, G and I made Turnovers.  Who doesn’t love puff pastry?  After taste testing a warm one I thought they weren’t as good as Jacobson’s: http://pinetreeappleorchard.com/home.php  After they cooled, I just had to have another one.  BINGO.  I bought my pastry dough from Trader Joe’s which they only carry here during the holidays.  TJ’s doesn’t have all of the junk in theirs that other national suppliers do.  I actually cheated  let G do the ‘work’, she is really growing up and loves to create goodness in the kitchen.
