Have you ever heard of Aebeleskiver pancakes? I hadn’t either, until about a year ago when I was in Trader Joe’s freezer section. Oh my goodness. I decided to buy my own pan, because if they are that good mass produced, they’d have to be better at home. I finally tried my hand at it this morning.
